With over 50 years of expertise, the nursery continues to develop new varieties through careful breeding and selection — combining tradition, innovation, and global reach.
The nursery’s main product was initially Narcissus bulbs.
Today, greenhouses, shade netting and open fields are used to grow several varieties of Narcissus from the Tazetta group, Ornithogalum dubium and thyrzoides, Ranunculus, Scilla peruviana, Leucojum aestivum, Allium silver spring and others.

R&D
At Asa Flower Bulbs, research and development are central to our long-term vision. Our dedicated R&D program — supported by an in-house lab — focuses on selective breeding, disease resistance, storage behavior, and adaptation to changing climate conditions.
Through close monitoring, trial plots, and lab-based diagnostics, we identify and refine varieties with improved performance, shelf life, and visual appeal. This integrated approach ensures that every bulb we grow reflects years of knowledge, experimentation, and innovation.
